Michelle Obama said, “You can have it all, but not all at the same time.” Evidently, I fail to pace myself every decade.

In 2015, I ran a marathon and passed my driving test less than 24 hours later, with very sore legs. In 2026, I bought a new place and entered a PhD programme. It’s entirely possible I will move in the same week that I start.

It is a wild time.
